Getting Started as a Tutor

Set up your tutor account and start teaching in minutes

Create Your Account

Go to the Sign Up page and select “I am a Tutor”. You can sign up with your email or use Google for quick registration.

Select Your Subjects

Choose the subjects you teach (Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry). You can add multiple subjects and specify your experience level for each.

Complete Your Profile

Add your profile picture, bio, qualifications, and teaching experience. A complete profile helps students find and trust you.

Create Your First Class

Navigate to Classes and create either a group class or one-to-one class. Set the subject, description, and enrollment settings.

Start Creating Content

Use AI to generate questions and notes, or create activities manually. Assign content to your students and track their progress.

Creating a New Class

Navigate to Classes

From your dashboard, click on “Classes” in the sidebar or use the quick action button.

Click Create Class

Click the “Create Class” button to open the class creation form.

Configure Class Settings

  • Class Name: Give your class a descriptive name
  • Subject: Select from your registered subjects
  • Class Type: Choose “Group” or “One-to-One”
  • Max Students: Set capacity for group classes
  • Hourly Rate: Optional pricing information
  • Require Approval: Enable if you want to review enrollment requests

Managing Enrollments

When students request to join your class, you'll receive notifications. If approval is required:

  • Review pending requests in the class details page
  • Click “Approve” to accept the student
  • Click “Reject” to decline the request
  • Students will be notified of your decision

Editing & Deleting Classes

You can edit class details at any time. To delete a class, it must have no enrolled students. Remove students first if needed.

Viewing Your Students

Navigate to “Students” in the sidebar to see all students enrolled in your classes.

Student List Features:
  • Filter by Class: View students from specific classes
  • Search: Find students by name or email
  • View Profile: Click on a student to see their details
  • Learning Remarks: Add private notes about student progress

Adding Learning Remarks

Learning remarks are private notes visible only to you. Use them to track:

  • Student strengths and weaknesses
  • Topics that need more focus
  • Behavioral observations
  • Parent communication notes

Select a Student

From the student list, click on the message icon or open the student's profile.

Compose Message

Enter a title and message content. Messages are delivered directly to the student's inbox.

Click send to deliver the message. Students will see it in their Messages section.

  • Time Limit: Set how long students have to complete

  • Show Answers: Display correct answers after submission

Add Questions

Add questions manually or generate them with AI. Each question includes:
  • Question text
  • Multiple choice options (MCQ) or True/False

Getting Started as a Student

Finding Classes

How do I cancel my subscription?
